CIM/CIU

The Grundfos fieldbus concept is the ideal solution for efficient control of pumps and pump systems. The Communication Interface Module (CIM) and Communication Interface Unit (CIU) provide data communication over open and interoperable networks.
Grundfos CIM/CIU communication interfaces provide easy installation, commissioning and use of the product, providing long-term value for money. The modules are easy to network and understand data points, as standard functional profiles are observed in their design.


CIM modules are modules that can communicate with E-pumps from 11 to 22 kW and with the new Dedicated Control systems developed for wastewater pumps.
CIU communication interface unit; Suitable for products with GENIbus interface, such as small E-pumps, circulation pumps and boosters. It has an integrated power supply of 24 – 240 V and can be wall or DIN rail mounted.
CIM/CIU interfaces support the following buses:
